The upside-down display shouldn't have been an issue, and it is barely one. Only some people are even able to see it, and most of those don't notice it unless they pay very close attention while repeatedly scrolling, at which point your brain is so primed to see something that you'd see Mickey Mouse if you were told that his image was imprinted on your screen.
